How It Works

Friction is a
cheat code.
Remove it.

Most hangboards let you fudge your grip — shift weight into your palm, lock through your knuckles, rely on the surface to hold you in place. The Rolling Hangboard doesn’t allow it.

Pull your weight anywhere except directly through your fingertip and the roller gives. Active engagement isn’t a technique cue — it’s a mechanical requirement.
